Do we need to change our business number?
No. The proposed setup starts by forwarding selected calls from your existing number. Compatibility, routing, carrier costs, and fallback behavior are checked before activation. How to forward your calls, by carrier.
Can Bloomrel book directly into our calendar?
Yes, if you want it. Eligible routine requests can be booked into one connected Google Calendar, inside your hours and your notice time, after the availability rules and end-to-end readiness checks pass. If the time a caller asks for is taken, the assistant offers two other open times. Unclear or urgent calls go to your team. Booking stays off unless you ask for it.
What happens on an urgent or emergency call?
Safety comes first. For gas, fire, sparks or anyone in danger, the assistant tells the caller to get to a safe place and call 911 or the utility. For a burst pipe or active flooding, it gives one short step, such as turning off the main water valve if that is safe. Then it gives your own emergency line, if you give us one, and your office inbox gets an email marked URGENT or EMERGENCY. It never says a technician is on the way.
How does the free trial start?
First we show you the demo and check your workflow. We agree your 14-day trial start date and routing in writing (the trial includes up to 200 voice minutes), collect your setup details, then test before activation. There is no setup fee or obligation to buy. After the trial, continuing costs $500 a month with 1,000 voice minutes and requires your written approval. Otherwise we coordinate the end of the trial and restore the agreed call routing.
What follow-up is available today?
Your team can assign a callback, set its next step and record the outcome in the dashboard. Automated SMS is not active today; carrier verification, caller consent and end-to-end tests are still required. Automated outbound AI calls and multi-message customer campaigns are not included today.
Does the AI replace our on-call person?
No. It uses approved handling rules and captures the details your team needs. It does not diagnose a fault, guarantee a transfer, or promise a technician arrival time. Your launch plan must identify who handles urgent requests and what happens when that person is unavailable.
Will we get emails for hang-ups and wrong numbers?
No. Your office gets an email when a caller left something to act on, such as a request, a problem, an address or a callback number, and always when a call was urgent. Emails about your callers go only to your own office inbox.
How do we know whether it is working?
Every Monday morning you get an email with last week’s calls, how many came while you were closed, what was booked and who still needs a callback. We also agree on a baseline and review answered calls, qualified requests, bookings, follow-up completion, completed jobs, recorded payments, and operating costs. A job that followed a call is not automatically claimed as revenue created by Bloomrel.
