Privacy at Bloomrel
Updated September 10, 2026
A clear explanation of what this website collects, and what happens when you contact us.
Browsing the public website
Our public marketing pages do not run advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded third-party forms. Our hosting provider, Render, may process technical connection information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website.
Contacting Bloomrel
The callback form (“Request a demo”) sends the name, business name and mobile number you type to Bloomrel’s own server, where it is saved in our private prospect list and emailed to the founders so one of us can call you back. It is used for that call and the conversation that follows, not for marketing lists, and it is never sold or shared. Ask us to delete it at any time.
The email-draft form prepares an email in your browser. It does not send the form to our server or save it to browser storage. You choose whether to send it in your email app. If you send a message, Bloomrel receives the sender address, message and any information you include, and uses them to respond and discuss your request. Business email is handled through Google Workspace.
Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, medical information or your customers’ records in an inquiry. Only share the business details needed to discuss fit.
Customer accounts and the phone service
Customer setup details, account information and service records are separate from the public inquiry form. Depending on the agreed configuration, service records can include caller contact details, a service address, the issue, requested times, recordings and transcripts. Bloomrel uses these to operate and support the agreed service. The business using the assistant is responsible for approving its call disclosures and handling rules.
The service uses providers for hosting (Render), data storage (Supabase), AI calling (Retell), telephony (Twilio), transactional email (Resend) and payments (PayPal). Google Calendar or Jobber receives relevant scheduling or request information only when that connection is enabled for the business. Payments take place through the payment provider; do not submit card details through Bloomrel’s contact or setup forms. Providers may process information in other countries under their own terms.
Access, retention and requests
Customer dashboards require sign-in and are scoped to the business account. Authorized Bloomrel operators can access information needed to operate and support the service. Information may be retained for service delivery, support, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.
Contact support@bloomrel.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. For a call to another business, identify that business so we can direct the request appropriately.
