Bloomrel SMS terms

SMS is not currently active. This is the planned program; messages will begin only after verification, consent controls and delivery checks are complete.

Who sends messages and why

Bloomrel, operated by Noam Cohen, plans to send optional non-promotional texts to its own customers who explicitly opt in: requested demo confirmations and changes, account and service notifications, and call-summary alerts to Bloomrel account holders. This program does not cover marketing, purchased lists or sending messages on behalf of other businesses to their customers.

Your choice

Providing a phone number, requesting a demo or calling us does not by itself give SMS consent. We ask separately for your permission for the specific purpose and number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Declining does not prevent you from requesting a demo or receiving service by an agreed alternative channel. See our verbal consent procedure.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requested demo and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed by carriers or unavailable coverage. Text messages are not an emergency service.

Stop or get help

Once the program is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may receive a single confirmation of your opt-out, then no further program messages unless you explicitly opt in again. You can also request help or withdrawal of consent at support@bloomrel.com. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
